The size of the roof, the type of foam, how hard it has bonded, how easy the roof space is to reach and any repairs afterwards all affect the figure. Open-cell and closed-cell foam call for different amounts of work.
It lets us price from measurements, not guesses. A typical house can run to several thousand pounds, but we put a figure in writing only after the roof has been seen.
